With sleek lines, a unique contoured face and state of the art features such as hot surface ignition, blue back lit knobs, and Quantum backburner. Echelon Diamond defines luxury in grilling. Featuring 792 square inches of cooking space, this 36-inch gas grill has patented Diamond Sear cooking grids with 304 stainless steel bars that have a smooth flat top, shaped to optimally transfer the heat from the burners to the cooking surface so food cooks faster and more evenly! The Flavor Grids are made of 16-gauge 304 stainless steel and allow heat to rise unobstructed from the burner to cooking grids. They disperse heat quickly and evenly flavor the food by vaporizing juices and minimizing flare ups. The three(3) thick cast 304 stainless steel burners boast 96,000 BTUs of cooking power and are guaranteed for life. The recessed infrared quantum backburner uses 100-percent stainless steel foam, providing 13,000 BTUs of heat for quicker, more efficient rotisserie grilling with the included rotisserie kit.
